asylum termination in court
I am a us citizen filing for my spouse, she has an asylum case in court, we are trying to file a motion to dismiss the case from court, we did background check and sent it over to the dhs, pls how do I dismiss my case from court?

after your I130 is approved you can then file a motion to dismiss based on that decision
