apply now, specially before fees go up, I know people who applied earlier and got their GC. personally did mistake waiting one year

it is imperative for asylees to hit the one year clock before applying for their GC you can not do it before otherwise it is going to be rejected and you might lose your $1225.

@sam k stop doing that. we are here to help one another not to confuse. Ask any lawyer and see an Asylee like myself can not apply for I 485 before the one year mark after being granted asylum.

@Ruqayah Saw because i did it, my asylum was approved on january 2023 and i apply on april 2023 no i approved on 20 feb and waiting for my green card , theee is law u can apply now no need to wait one year check the article 9 months wait for gc now so he can apply after 3 months

@Nu Ma hey i i did it my asylum was approved january 2023 and i applied for green card april 10 2023 and on feb 2024 i got approved just waiting for green card this week
