it really varies sometimes they updated within 2 weeks sometimes within a day. In my experience they got mine and updated it the next day. you wanna be concerned when 30 days passes by and contact them.

do you mean to submit an e-request of missing mail if not updated in 30 days.

i sent my RFE on 20 sept through usps priority mail. it was delivered next day and uscis responded it on 24 sept. and they say they are processing the cae again. i think you better call them and ask what happen.

thank you @Alex B, in fact USCIS has not yet updated the online status to “RFE Received” after two weeks, which is a bit concerning.

@AB GC to be honest, nothing is concerning or surprising with USCIS anymore.
