I have applied for ead in December 2020, recently I had my bio appointment. Nobody knows when you will get it. Definitely not this year.

what is your status and second you just did your bio will get it soon it’s mean I have to wait probably 3 4 5 months more ?

When I did my biometrics back in 2018. I got the EAD 7 months later. Hopefully by next year things will start to improve for everyone.

At the Texas Service Center C8 category is shown to be processed within 4 weeks to 7.5 months. holidays do impact the timing and toward the end of the year like now, there are a lot of holidays. so, that would contribute to the delay. until 2019 it would take 2 months max to get my renewed EAD and my initial one took less than 30 days, all from Nebraska. but things have changed and processing times have gone up across all centers. from Nebraska, it took almost 7.5 months for me to get my new C8 EAD. (I got it 2 weeks ago). hopefully you all will get yours soon!🤞

I didn’t apply my work permits by membership

my attorney didn’t apply my work permits with membership I don’t know why with prossing time of period my work permits should be come but I don’t know when it’s Gianna come

I don’t know how much will I wait more. Every case is different. Prepare for a long wait. If you get it sooner, great, if not… Well.. Better to be prepared for a long wait. I know people from Oct 2020 are still waiting, some from Nov 2020. It does not follow a pattern.
