I agree with the 3rd comment. Once I30 is approved, you can administratively close the case at court and once that is approved you can apply I-485 through uscis to the green card

I have a similar case, I had the same assumption than Klau S, that after you got the GC from USCIS you close the case, but make sense what Mmls said, by the way same happen to me interview in 08/2021 no answer after 5 months

@Mmls I , I do have a lawyer, she said the green card will be issued by USCIS. We have to make a motion to the court to terminate the removal proceedings. You can be a permanent resident and be in removal, so we have to terminate the proceedings

what I was told , is that even if I get the green card, I cannot travel, as we have to terminate the removal proceedings with the Judge, she told me once I get the green card, she will make a motion as my hearing is dated 08/2023, the Judge pushed it that far to give me time to get the GC before the hearing

I see, I had my master hearing dates 08/2021 but the judge moved it to 08/2023 because I need to have a remedy before I get a master hearing, the judge will dismissed the case once my lawyer informed him about the green card, I think we are in the same page, when did you have your interview? we had the interview and the officer make me sign the i-130 as I was not in removal proceedings when I submitted the application.
