Are congressional inquiries helpful when case is at field office?
hi guys! my i-485 case was transferred to a non local FO in late November (PD current Aug 2023, receipt date Dec 2024). The congressperson for my district reached out to USCIS to request that the case be assigned to an officer. USCIS responded saying that the case is at the FO and "will be assigned to an officer for review" and to expect a decision within 90 days. This was 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. no silent APIs.
Has anyone experienced actual movement on their cases after Congress inquiry?. Thank you!

I’m in a similar situation. However, 90 days have passed for me already with no action. I’ve requested again a follow up via congressional inquiry. I’m waiting for an answer.
