currently on F1 OPT. haven’t gone to my home country since Jan 2020. applied on April 13, biometrics on May 10, approved on May 15. located in Illinois. married to citizen. can you share yours? @t t

That’s really weird @Keep Waiting I have no idea how they work anymore. my case is with National benefit center if that makes any difference.

thanks you too @Keep Waiting can I tell you another good news? check your receipt you may be eligible for automatic renewal. you might not need EAD

@S D I did back when I got the receipt I'm currently C3c category and I will be receiving a C9 category so no extensions for me. If I were to already be C9, then I will be eligible to get 540 days extension. I was excited for a day back then😅

June 7 2022 Potomac no approval

@S D I was previously on F1 OPT (my EAD expired 2 weeks ago). I got married to USC and filed for AOS Marriage to get my new EAD on April 14 2023, still no biometric. My previous EAD from OPT last year was approved within 1.5 month. Not sure how long it'll take this time now that it's marriage based

@t t so sorry to hear. I guess our timelines match. but, I was lucky to get EAD approval atleast to relieve my pressure.
