guys, today i had my second active review today and man o man that’s one heck of a feeling. Guys do not listen to anyone, UPLOAD UNSOLICITED EVIDENCE IT REALLY HELPS!!! also they corrected a HUGE mistake that prevented me of an I-824!!! Hope this helps

@hope I get approved today of course, it’ll be more than a pleasure, so i uploaded a new updated i-130 form with ALL THE MISTAKES CORRECTED and i also did the typo e reques, i also uploaded a letter stating that i uploaded a new updated i-130 under the name of UPDATEDi-130.pdf, i also called them to let them know i did that

@breezy k when I made the correction I uploaded only the page 08 and leave the question 61 blank and filled question 62! is this enough or I should upload the whole form ? and I sent a letter to Texas center to inform them about the mistake

@hay ettt u can do that too, it’s because my dumb ass lawyer made a lot of mistakes but you should be fine just upload a letter listing the error and that u wish them to correct it.

I guess we are in the same situation i got my second actively reviewed today too from the Potomac Service Center after my husband sent in our anniversary photos. hope we get approved soon my PD is 2/5/2023
