@future Mrs. what is your case update showing.. mine is also K1 visa I-129F and has been showing case has been received 3months ago .. is that NOA1 ? also does it mean that NOA2 is a notice of their decision ??

@Future Mrs. S 🤍🤎 my priority for the I-485 was July 23,2023. I’m not sure if that is what you were referring to but you can read online and in the USCIS bulletin about what cases/ priority dates they’re working on now!

@Dr.Nenye 🩺💊👩‍⚕️ I think NOA is notice of action letter. I received the I-797 for the 1-765 on 12/07/2023 with a priority date of 08/31/2023

Also I just noticed that it shows up as a k-1 visa but my case is a CR1/IR1, spouse of U.S Citizen. I don’t know how much they differ in time!

Dr. Nenye ... my case shows Received 7 months ago ... that's my NOA1 . You're correct. Noa 2 is another notice of USCIS receipt. after NO2 , we still have to wait for the CASE READY for us to be able to set an interview appointment. i also watch a lot of YouTube videos of successfully approved k1 visa i129F . we can learn from those videos
