@GC 2024 no, I didn’t raise any service requests , I chatted with Emma and got notified from agent that my case was transferred from NBC to San Diego FO

@Amar k timeline is in my bio . 1. filed only I-765 no I-131 since already have H1B. filed 765 and 485 together , 765 still shows pending but I guess I don’t need it now 2. yes 3 dependents , all approved same day 3. chatted with Emma and came to know it was transferred to FO

@warm wishes - 1.yes biometrics on 4/11 2. I-140 approved on Feb 14th 2024 3. mid May don’t remember date

@green card finally yes - How about Biometrics for your dependents date? did they receive as the same date as your appointment. reason: my case has I485/765/131 filed for both (me and my dependent), and i completed Biometrics and received I765 approval as well and status shows as I485 actively reviewing, but for my dependent no Biometrics taken and all the applications shows as applications received and different as my status.

@Amar k I have 3 dependents. my wife and my kids. they don’t had their biometrics taken, only me and my wife, and only our status changed, they still “case was received” and I think this is the same situation from @green card finally yes

@P A @Amar k all, me and my family had biometrics on same day 4/11. quite possible if your kids are under 14, they might not get biometrics but That’s very rare.

@green card finally, yes, they did. They are 8,6 years old. But only my case and my wife were updated. I think because of their age, they don’t won't go through background checks. Are your dependents under 14? Do they get updates about fingerprints?
