Su L, yes! I did concurrent filing. I have not received rfe for medical. I hope it will come now that the I140 is approved.

Oh, I think we're same case. I submitted 140 in Sep, 202q and got approved April, 2022. Now I'm waiting for rfe for medical as well!

It was Texas before and I don't know yet what is the new one. I need to receive mail from USCIS but I think probably NBC.

my I140 was appoved in a month in Texas, and 485 was moved to NBC in April (we are filling as family- starting date October 2021)
