@God Bless America when was your asylum granted? and what was the rfe for? medical? I applied 2 weeks before you, but nothing since fingerprints applied

@kate xaame it was granted in June 2024 a year ago, after 12 years in removal proceedings. RFE was for the medicals, we forgot to put it in the envelope, and they also asked me to fill out the updated 485 form. I think your time is coming, just keep an eye on your mailbox because I did not get any online updates regarding the interview

@i l we brought everything possible, passport birth certificates, she didn’t ask any of those, probably because I’ve been in their system for 12 years and had extensive background checks, and my wife’s papers also in their system.

@Love singh as far as I know, you have to always update your address with USCIS so there is no issues in the future, but I would talk to Attorney to make sure everything is perfect

мы тоже в Августе 7го слала на i-730 2024 года,Муж в июне 2024 получил asylum,но он на гринку в декабре подал..так жду 730,пока ничего нету(уже 11месяц

@God Bless America hi congratulations 🎉 how long did you take to send the RFE? Apparently they sent it to you in Jan and you reply by April 2 is that accurate? I’m asking because I sent my response but after a while still doesn’t show as they received it even though USPS says it got delivered.

@God Bless America your case is similar to mine. my husband granted by judge and applied for me i-730. and I have my own asylum case in court. we applied to i-730 in december. But they did not even asked biometric for me yet. my case transferred in january since then nothing changed. did they asked biometric for your wife before interview ?

@Evita B I waited more than 2 months before sending RFE, maybe like 12 days before deadline. Had problems with usps on delivery update, but after reaching out to them they actually just drop of bunch of letter to uscis thats why they didn’t update, but it was actually delivered and everything was great

@n k don’t worry at all, officer take fingerprints right in her office, she has fingerprints scanner and a little camera for picture
