it can or it cannot. It all depends on the adjudicator of your case. Remember your case is unique. You might have similarities with another case but USCIS makes decisions on a case-by-case basis. They can approve your I485 right away, or ask you for more evidence (RFE this can be based on income or more proof that your marriage is not fraud, pictures, insurance, joint bank account, etc). I don't want to give you fake hopes. I sharing this based on my experience. I was in the same situation as you. Thank God. I'm a permanent resident now. Just wait for the update on their websites or the letter in the mail. I wish you the best in your case.

@Kevin Cardona thanks for the comment. i did received a rfe for I-130. asking for more evidence frim the day we got married til current year. and after sending it. i got I-130 approval today.

@Sarah S then is a big probability that they won't require more evidence, biometrics, or an interview and approve your case soon. Just keep your faith because sometimes this waiting window time might be 2 to 3 months. Before they approved you I485. Then after they approve it will take around 20 days for to you receive your green card(permanent resident card).
