@tommy Teo not sure yet man I received a notification that my case is ready to schedule for interview and when i called them this monday agent told me that interview had been waived. so its been 16 days after the notification haven’t received any mail or any new notification. not sure what they are doing

@Van Nguyen I have RFE medical before I change employer so I and my attorney decided to not fill and send new 485j if they did not request. hjhj

@tommy Teo so lucky that they did waived your interview , I got terminated as same date I got the interview mail so I need rescheduled my interview to find a new employer will fill out 485J. I was found one and they able to file i485J but still waiting to interview date or the best luck as you are waived . Pray for me! thanks . How long did you know that they waived your interview after you received notice that your case is ready to schedule for an interview?

@tommy Teo Called them and they said all they are able to see is it’s not received. asked me to wait 90 days. yes , my lawyers office sent it with signature required. According to FedEx tracking, it was received on September 10th.

@A N T gửi express kèm yêu cầu chữ ký vs ng nhận. Nên gửi Fedex hay UPS. có 2 địa chỉ gửi thường vs gửi express khác nhau nhá!

@@EB3 Other Workers I changed but the new one doesn’t involve anything since the rfe arrived before I changed and I did not fill a new 485j. The new one is same category and same state.

@frost bite nope different city and county just same state, but I dont involve with the new one because my rfe was sent before I changed.

@Young Nguyen current on 7/2024 then 8/2024 received RFE. 9/2024 send back RFE. 10/2024 case approved. Từ khi current đến nhận thẻ là 4 tháng. Sau khi nộp RFE dc approved là 40 ngày. ps: bạn mình sau 3 ngày nộp rfe dc approved luôn

@tommy Teo bạn cho mình hỏi là tại sao bạn có thông báo interview trước khi fingerprint? Và bao lâu thì bạn gọi lên uscis và được nói là waived interview ? Trước khi RFE là bạn được waived interview hay sau khi RFE?

@Van Nguyen bạn đọc lại timeline của mình. kg có chỗ nào đề là waived interview hết. Mình lấy finger print trước khi phỏng vấn nhưng sau khi phỏng vấn về hệ thống mới update sau 1day. Mình cũng chịu tra tấn 2 tiếng interview heng kk :))

Wwow, bạn đi lính ư, đi lính có khó với kinh khủng không bạn, mình cũng muốn vô qt sớm mà sợ bị đưa ra chiến trường quá

@chloe27 phung đi lính active hay reserved thì 3 năm thôi. nhưng đi reserved chỉ đi part time t7,cn sau khi đi 10 tuần basic training thì có quốc tịch, rồi học nghề. Cực 3 tháng đầu để có qtich thôi. Ráng lên thay vì đợi 5 năm hehe .

@tommy Teo do you need to tell your new employer that they need to sign J supplement if requested or how can we find the new employer? I have been working with my employer for 15 months and want to change to new employer in different state. can you please give some idea? thank you

@AD SH In my case, I found a new employer, and then I went to work. We know the new one must surely be in the same position and category as the old one. When I went to work, I asked them about i485J, and they agreed if I needed it. In my case, I don’t need it since I got RFE before I changed my new employer. I recommend you transparently present your case to them and then inform them about i485J. If they agree, let them do it and keep it safe until the RFE comes in. Is it clear?

@AD SH I think your PD is far from the PD of visa bulletin; you can send i485j to uscis is ok. you should discuss with your attorney. In my case I dont need because I got RFE before I move to the new employer. hjhj
