where's your FO? mine is Indianapolis. We're in d same category EB3-2, I applied since Oct. 2020, no approval yet. No update on my online status since January

I have reached out to them several times, sent case Inquiry, all they kept on saying is that they're still reviewing. I'm getting frustrated here🤦♀️

@Kdj A, I’m also in indianapolis, case filed in February 08 but not primium, No update since February only received receipt, no biometric .. same category

I filed I-485 and I-140 non-concurrently. I-140 approved Nov 2020, it was premium but received a RFE that is why it took 40 days to get approved.
My FO is Tampa. Online status was not updated since fingerprints May 2021. I received a RFE for my medicals even though they are still valid and filed with my 485 in Dec 2020…

im confused could someone explain - how is your priority date April 6th but your submission of I-485 is December 23rd? I thought your submission date was your priority date
I’m also frustrated. we submitted October 16th 2020 same category. biometrics in march. RFE in July, submission of medical September 8th (USCIS received it the 10th). still waiting
