filed concurrently with premium processing for I140. totally worth it. Got approval in 5 days.
transferred to non local FO- queens on April 28th. it took them almost two months to look at the case and I thought I would get approved as interview was waived. but got a medical RFE for polio vaccine which delayed things
my surgeon was out of country so I waited and re did the medical and sent the response.
response received on July 25th and approved the next day.

felt like a long time but was in hindsight it was smooth without major RFE or interview. it’s the wait that seemed heavy.

Congratulations. I got the event code FTA1 but did not get any RFE request. Emma agent is saying it is in progress. Did you get FTA1 code before getting the RFE?

saw an update on the API date July 26, after my case was transferred to a non-local Field Office in Indianapolis, but I haven't received anything yet. Noticed event code (FTA0). I hope i receive sth soon,

@Ab H yeah that’s when emma told me it was transferred. I did get another FTA0 one local FO again.

Thanks @H K. I got FTA1 event code 2 weeks back and action taken email but no updates after that. Not sure what that code is for. I know some people who got approval after that code and some people waiting, and some like you got RFE.
