Approved after escalation
For anyone who has submitted there medical and there have been no update since 60 days, call USCIS and go for reschedule appointment option to get directly to Tier 1 rep. They are extremely helpful and escalated my case by create a ticket. An officer was assigned to my case on 4th business day and I received approval notification on the 7th day. they told me there SLA is 15 days, so they did an excellent job in getting things in line. Best of Luck

But your timeline doesn't show RFE medical request.

@chintan Shah congratulations to you. Was your case transfered to any field office before approval? I have been waiting for 7 months after submitting medical RFE at Texas Service Center. I have submitted several case inquiry, called USCIS to speak to tier 2 officer but nobody ever gave me a call back. I even contacted my congressman. still no action has been taken on my employment based case. I don't know what to do anymore.

@Chintan Shah, I have very similar timeline. But I'm waiting 70 after medical RFE response and no decision yet. How did you escalate? What exactly did you say? I'm going to call them tomorrow

@vlad - that was the reason i called them. I told them i got a medical RFE in May and submitted reports in June and none of it is showing up. For this reason they created a ticket

@KD call 1 (800) 375-5283, say interview and say reschedule. you will go straight to T1 rep. Tell rep the RFE response sent on what date and it is 60 plus days, so i want to ensure USCIS received the response. Most likely ticket will be created and within 15 days an officer has to review the case

@baby face you - what? You should create a case now. They are open till 8 pm
K DAug 15, 2022
@Chintan Shah, I called them today. T1 agent answered: we are working on your case, cannot help too much 😕.

my case move from Texas to NBC but my RFe doc went to AL office. the case was approved by NBC (which generally is approved by field office)

@KD - you have to say specifically that it is more than 60 days and you are worried thay if doc is lost by USCIS you will lose the resubmission window

@Chintan Shah, thank you!
