Approved in 7 months. Visa overstay and no criminal record, Indianapolis Fo. Interview was 9/4 lasted about 10-20 minutes. The officer was nice and made us feel comfortable. We didnt get a verbal approval but she said we submitted all we needed to and she will review it and make a decision within a few days. The i130 status didnt change but approval notice was in documents tab and about an hour later i485 was approved and that was today 9/5.
I know the journey can be long and hard but keep pushing on.

Congrats. I was going through the same. The officer did not verbally say "I'm approved." She said she submitted everything and was going to make a decision soon. Till now, I am still waiting. My interview was on August 26.

@J T Biometric, EAD approval, SSN, interview, l-130 approval all done. Did my interview june 16, got approval of l-130 on july 21 (internally approved on july 18 but showed on my account july 21)
