we have almost same situation - 485j rfe, uscis rfe receipt april 3 ‘24, pd june 28 ‘22. to date, still pending.

congratulations on the approval. had a quick question on 485j application. did your new job have the same SOC code as the old one?

it’s the other way around, if I may correct. this looooong process is already affecting my health. I really need the approval the soonest! my eldest is already graduating from college next school year while my youngest will be incoming college freshman this school year. we can no longer afford paying international tuition fee rate. so much stress, worries and pressure.

I need a miracle next week or before July 1. considering my pd will be affected with the recent retrogression/visa bulletin.

@Sr N just a reconfirmation that the job I applied for in the beginning of the application still stands. It did say too that I must submit my docs before Aug 9 to be included in the visa allocation for this fiscal year

Congraz ! My Pd is 14 june 2022. Responded Rfe about i-1485j this week. Now, only one week left for retrogression and I am losing hope.

@Corey T check the RFE letter if they mentioned anything about your allocation for visa this year. My letter has it.
