i cant believe how quickly we were approved. originally in texas, transferred to vermont and went to active review on september 21st. went to second active review on friday january 19th and when i checked uscis the approval was already there! our notice is dated jan 19th but we just got the āapprovalā on the history section today

did your k3 pull your application out of Texas? did you file online or physical application to Texas?

@s m we filed online and our i-130 immediately went to texas. we filed the k3 physically to the lockbox address and it was received in vermont on august 31st, then at somepoint our i-130 went to vermont to be with the k3. i asked a live agent through emma where our i-130 was on september 21st as our case had went to the first active review and they told me it had moved, so it could have been before sept 21st
