Approve
Had our interview Dec 1 but because of an inadmissible question my case was sent for review, so on Dec 7 I wrote an affidavit stating the reason why I chose no and it was a misunderstanding not a misrepresentation also got letter from the organization and uploaded them to my unsolicited evidence. on Dec 8 got a notification Cancellation for Request for Additional Evidence and on Dec 9 I got an Approval.

@Ker Jackson was your I-130 already approved and did you have a separate interview for I-130 and another separate one for I-485? I had my I-130 approved Oct 2023 after interview and I have another interview for my I-485 scheduled for next week

almost made a similar mistake, but the lady who interviewed me said that my answer could be seen as a misrepresentation and delay my case, so she said I should change it and sign, so I did.

@grace Jo my answer was no on my visa application form but yes on I-485 so I was told it could still be approved or I would have to file a waiver and I went over my lawyers head got my letter from the organization and wrote one my self explaining why and two days after approved
