go for premium processing if possible

do you guys know how many days a RFE is process with premium process?

after rfe response received my lawyer said typically by one month they respond

infact after I submitted my rfe response they made decision within 2 days

My lawyer said that he has seen a denial rate close to 90% in cases that were upgraded to premium and were waiting a decision adfter answering the RFE

name of the lawyer please? People often circulate weird stuffs like they issue rfe to buy times etc etc

same block PD Sept 2023 got RFE in June 2024 responded and I’ve been waiting for a response. I believe they will start working on the LIN239026 block shortly

block July 2023, RFE responded and received by Uscis in May 2024. total days since submission 699. I don’t have the money for PP and my lawyer said the same thing yours said to you…

I went for PP and received a reply in two weeks
