@shari Mc How many days after you saw “ Case Was Approved” on the case tracker app, did you receive your approval notice ? have you received your EAD in hand now ?

@Dee Grace 7 days after case approved I got the mail, still haven't received the card and no update to say card mail etc . sigh

@shari Mc It never used to be like this. Their process has become worse. We used to get our cards about 5 days after it said 'case approved,' and you’d receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of the mailed card.
