got my approval on the 3rd August status still not changed, but I got an email on the 5th (action was taken on your case) checked my account no change, so I call today and the agent told me that my card is being produced and I will get an email with the tracking number. Just have patience this process requires a lot of patience and prayer🤦🏽‍♀️

I spoke to a live agent today, and the agent told me the case status will update when my card is produced. currently, the app doesn't update until the card is produced

@Irani Y.P thank u , so don’t need to call cuz I’m in the same situation, my combo card is approved on July 28th , I received the approval notice in my mail box today, but the app doesn’t update, case is still being actively reviewed..

oh, wow probably you get delivery the card this upcoming week. also, you can ask Emma if they have a tracking number, I will tomorrow mine was produced last Friday good luck with your interview and let us know how was your experience.

also, keep an eye on your mailbox sometimes the system never changes and you receive your card at your mailbox. I saw some say their accounts never update and they received their cards.
