Approval!
Didnt have to wait as long as some have had to wait. To all still waiting I hope all goes well for you with approvals happening soon! I believe mine was quick as we have actually been married for 7 years now and have 2 children together. I remained in the US with an overstay on my visa waiver with my son from a previous relationship. When i filed, I filed for my son and I at the same time and I sent in our medicals at the same time. I finally feel I have freedom, can work and live life properly without this over our heads!

@mel bae Thank you. almost 8 years on an overstay wasnt a good feeling. It had been a hanging over my head for so long. I am excited to be able to work! I really hope I see your approval post soon!
