Approval for both????
Hey Everyone, on Thursday my I-1485 was “Actively being Reviewed “ for the 3rd time
and then on Friday my I-130 was “Actively being reviewed” for the 2nd time
I filed both concurrently, so does that mean both were approved???
also this morning I got an Email stating “USCIS has taken action on your case”

in my case I 130 was actively being review and 48 hours later both show up approved.

@believe God you can see my time line. We sent both I 130 and I485 on Octuber 2022. we got approved on August 23 of 2023. on August 21 I130 showed actively being review.

@AUGUST 2022 how long did the second actively review take on your I-485?

@AUGUST 2022 my I 485 was actively being review on november 2022. my I 130 went actively review on October 21 2023 both were aproved on the october 23 2023.
