Approval but no combo card?
Hi Everyone!
So the EAD for my beneficiary was approved and produced. However it did not come with the combo card which can be used for travel. We applied for advanced parole concurrently. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the USCIS via phone with no luck. Any tips on how to speak with a live agent ? or if we should just wait it out ? we had hopes of doing a traditional wedding back home for his other family members and we wanted to travel in December.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you !

the two are now separate I 131 takes longer to be produced mostly up to 120 days, EAD comes faster

Don’t worry! my i765 was approved 3 weeks ago and my i131 was approved today. probably the same will happen to you.
when this happened to me I posted the same question and one guy answered the same happened to him and 3 weeks later the 131 approval come.

no we didn’t . we attempted to expedite but the agent we spoke to weeks before we were approved said he would need an offer letter in order to expedite. thankfull weeks after, we were approved
