you can add ur spouse whenever filling date hit your pd

i have known a lot of people and friends same as your case. Is it only one you have ead but your spouse has f1 status right? if yes do same thing I do. When filling date hit your pd you can add your spouse document and then he/she will have ead card. After that you and his/her will use your Pd to get the green card. Make sure you have enough evidence to prove your marriage cause they might ask for evidence or interview after you add.

hello@Lucas Anton pls I’m in the same situation , how did you do it. My hubby pd date is March 2022 and is current under filing date but not under final action date. Can we file my own document now or wait for his pd to be current under final action date. P.S- he has also gotten his EAD and is working with it but I’m still under F1. will appreciate your guidance. thank you
