@S D What issue are you having? was your first case denied?

@Rocco Forté no even tho my payment was taken I didn’t receive a receipt number and system has the following message. your application has not been submitted. although we have received your payment, you or your representative needs to call uscis at 1 (800) 375-5283 in order to finish submitting your application.

Its been more than 5 weeks and still no receipt number. They have no idea whats going on so I thought I could apply for second time

@S D Don’t file another one…you need to get in touch with USCIS and ask for a tier two officer

@S D That’s crazy…you should ask for infopass and go to your local field office to sort this out

you have money to throw away filing again instead of waiting to hear something or go to your local office about it

@Rocco Forté Tier2 doesn’t make an appointment unless they have a receipt number
