API updates at NBC?
EB1, not ROW
RD March 2025
Biometrics April 2025 - two FTA0 since then
Combo card approved July 2025
Case at NBC since then. interview waived per EMMA agent every time I’ve asked (atleast 4-5 times since then)
We’ve seen two recent API updates for me and my spouse at the same time, without any change in status otherwise
API update/timestamp early December for both use
Another API update very recently earlier this week (late January 2026) for both of us
Case still at NBC per EMMA today after the two API updates - no mention of transfer. Interview still marked as waived per EMMA
Has anyone else seen this API update pattern for EB cases at NBC?

yes I had 2 silent updates, last one on 22nd Jan; no change to case status or new FTA

I think it’s a batch process update for cases at NBC, I know Feb and March 2025 filers got updated time stamp, not sure it could be everyone at NBC or not. Emma confirmed case at NBC and interview waived about update.

@Aay jay , may I know which FO you got interview scheduled? Senator enquiry says I am in queue for interview at Chicago FO. but they are not scheduling it from May 1st 2025

@v m Same here. derivative update 2/4 and primary applicant update today. case still at NBC with no change in status per Emma. Let’s see how it plays out I guess.
