AP STATUS
MY AP STATUS IS BEING ACTIVELY REVIEW SINCE MY BIOMETRICS ON AUGUST 12, my question is, does the status change when is approved or am I just gonna receive my advance parole on the mail?

it's been like this for most people, that status sitting there for a long time until it suddenly updates to something else.

I'm at case received since the beginning never changed to anything, it's been 7 months now

mine is also case resevied but mine is urgent humniturin parol form 1 Oct

mine says “case received “ since I applied. no change from June 22 (7 months)

@Ale DT , i got my EAD?/AP but AP still says case is under active review so dont worry about it ...

@ Ma St have any of your other filings updated? My AP has been in case received status without change - PD is 6/21/21. MSC

yes, since I made my Bio, ( Nov 15) the 485, and 765 changed to "actively being reviewed" but only those . my I31 and 130 still says “ “ reicive and notice was sent “ since June 22
