AP after April 1st but PD 11/23

So, my PD is 11/23 but I have not yet applied for AP. Do I still need to pay $650 to apply for AP? EB1A application ROW.

Ask Emma to be sure. USCIS began implementing new fees so you may have to regardless of having a pending I-485

no need to pay as I said , you have already paid for AP while you sent I-485 which is $ 1225 .

if you filed your I-485 before 4/1/2024. you do not pay
