So in August my husband was given one month on his Advance Parole to attend his grandmother’s funeral but we only noticed today that his AP paper was stamped and says until August 2025 and so was his passport. Originally we filed the 1-131 to NBC but a few days after I requested info pass at our field office and that’s where he was given the one month. He didn’t even look at it then I just saw that today. How can I make sure this is effective because our anniversary is next month and I’d like for us to leave the country if that’s possible.

lol if you can’t extend it is best you stay back because they won’t let him in

why would the stamp both documents saying paroled until August 18, 2025 though? Am I not to think that he can still travel until then?

on your AP document must say multiple entries or just one. if it says one, he already used this only and unique option. when you arrived agents always stamp for one year but I does not mean you have one year to go out and come back. anyways, call USCIS and make sure about it, otherwise, he will not be able to enter into US.

Same happened to me. they stamped my passport with saying paroled till October, 2025. i wonder if I could use that to re enter since it’s on my passport. I travel on emergency advance parole which is one time use only.

@samuel dani I wasn’t satisfied and contacted Emma and chatted with a live agent whom I asked about it and he says, yes my husband can use his AP until the expired date that’s stamped on his AP and passport. That was when he told me that our case is at our local field office although we got no notice of that but I’m hoping all that was accurate information.
