AOS visa bulletin
just sharing my thoughts:
It make sense that being done with 2023 is a good target for the processing centers, especially with the upcoming new fiscal year, I think the visa bulletin will jump from August to the end of December (not now but with the new fiscal year).
I think the upcoming bulletin will have little (1/2 weeks) to no mouvement at all ….

if you check the statistics of i485 pending for eb2 and the average of how many people are doing consular process it’s normal to believe that they could jump until October 2023 before the end of this fiscal year

for the New fiscal year they will give around 40K visa for RoW and from June until April 2025, they approved 27526 petitions of NIW … I think it’s a pretty good amount if I am not mistaken
