what happened to your case? mine got sent to NVC even though we filed for AOS - so it was clearly a mistake on USCIS part

write to NVC asap requesting them to send the case back to USCIS. Email USCIS about the error. my case for transferred back to USCiS in about a month.

I put in an inquiry for NVC telling them about an error, but haven’t heard back yet… Called USCIS and they also said that the response time is about a month.

tried calling NVC but they are not even reachable by phone

stay positive. they will transfer it. nvc phone wait times are more than hour.
