AOS APPROVED!!!
the interview lasted 13 minutes.
it was more like a conversation than an actual interview. (I have been a translator before for interviews)
I left the country twice with my combo cards after it was approved (3/16/22)
Initial entry I was a b2 visa. then daca, while on DACA I did AP (for educational purposes twice) and then combo card left twice and now resident card approved.
if y’all have any questions let me know.
also the agent in the interview got confused and started questioning my husband and I had to jump in and say that I was the immigrant and he was petitioning me. lol
i had interviews cancelled before this is the correct timeline!

@ DA they asked my husband(USC) his name, dob, place of work, where I work, and address, how he met me? if we had a reception, then she said that the following questions should be answered only by him and only he could answer I said okay, she started asking him the questions from i485 and he was confused, and I had to jump and said that I was the immigrant, and she apologized we laughed and I got the i485 questions.
it really wasn’t like a interrogation it was more like a conversation. we joked, laughed she gave us candy lol
@gigi I came in 2004 on a b2, got daca on 12/3/2012 and I worked without permit when I was in college. so yes to unlawful presence and work.
