what are they asking you to submit

@ML RAY Action required: Submit requested documents" but I just submitted online. I'm confused. Do they need paper too? NVC/DOS Support I'm confused. After submitting everything (DS260, I864, civil docs, financials) online at the CEAC site, I check my status and it says "Action required: Submit requested documents.. On 2023-08-05, the National Visa Center (NVC) received your Form DS-260 (Immigrant Visa Application). Next steps: Gather the documents below and send them to us in one (1) envelope or email." Then they give physical address for Portsmouth NH. So am I supposed to print and send everything in addition to uploading it? Why does it say "or email"? Can I just email? Isn't it strange to upload documents electronically on the site and then email them too?

what does it say on CEAC? you have to check there what papers you need to submit.

Almost one month, because I had to resubmit two documents.
