jan 2020 vermont. actively reviewed since 40 days

my son’s papers was assigned in texas processing center and it’s been 6months of actively reviewing case status but was stuck there

PD Feb 21, actively being reviewed since March 31st. I contacted USCIS to find out my case was moved to Texas.

I just got my update today. filed mid august.

I am a US citizen filing for my husband via consulate processing. Our case is at the Nebraska service center. We submitted on May 10, 2021 and on September 17, 2021 we received an update that the application was being actively reviewed and nothing was required from us.

@Melissa CA hey sister… We also submitted I-130 petition on May 10, 2021 and on September 18,2021 we received same update that case is being actively reviewed by uscis… any idea how much take time by uscis approve case after this status ?????

Melissa & Gurnaj, I petitioned on April 28 2021 and 10 days ago received actively being reviewed message! we are all similar.

the dates I’ve seen on Facebook groups are all inconsistent. some it took a few days and others months. so it’s really hard to say. the lawfully app says that I have a 32% chance of being approved between January and May or next year but have a 30% chance of being approved between now and December. So it’s hard to say.

@Melissa I think you really need to take this apps suggested timeline with a pinch of salt as it is based solely on other app users logging their info here, not the actual queues I believe.. It's really a tough process to be in.

I filed on January 23 but in I receive in February 26/21 text message and letter and it’s being reviewed and any changes! this week it’s my 7 months and nothing :(

Yes, I submit the form March 23, 2021, Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS August 11, 2021

PD: July 1, 2021 Case changed to “ Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS “ on December 9, 2021 Originally receipt states Nebraska service center, I recently contacted USCIS found out my case was transferred to Vermont WITHOUT NOTIFICATION U. S citizen filing for husband in Mexico

congratulations G Kaur! my son’s papers I130 was submitted online on Feb 14, 2021 and then actively being reviewed in March 2021 and now it’s it’s 11 months already and it’s still the same thing case is actively being reviewed. i know US embassy in the Philippines I think works on skeletal or closed but the processing is still here in USCIS. i hope we can have my papers soon be approved. my 485, 130, 131,765 and all forms and interviewed took only 9months despite of pandemic.

@destiny - so your papers were also transferred?! my son’s papers too. originally Texas then I tried to inquire thru live chat they said it’s now with Vermont.. yes no notifications at all

my first time status changed being actively reviewed on Sept 18 2021 and Jan 14 2022 actively reviewed twice

@gina Sañga .. yes our case was transferred without notice, apparently it happens more often than usual to assist all the offices for quicker processing times, however I have submitted an inquiry to find out answers
