@Konah Hayes this is way too long. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

@David G I'm sorry but I couldn't understand what your friend did if he couldn't afford Mandamus. Is it possible to clarify? I'm in the same situation, my I-485 it's been sitting since 04/2022 and My I-130 was approved on 03/22, USCIS has tones of evidence that my marriage is real and I got RFE on August/2023 to send my medical exams, wich I did right away. There is no excuse for them to not schedule an appointment for interview or take a decision on my case. I've been looking how to go about it to Sue with a pro-bono org and at the moment, I couldn't find any Non profit legal organization to file a Mandamus. please if you know, could you share with us?🙏

@Lisa Modhwadia either you hire an attorney for around $5000 (there are no free attorneys for mandamus) or you sue as a Pro Se www.writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
