Anyone tried premium processing for i140 for Eb2-NiW
Has anyone opted for premium processing?
If so, I would love to hear about your experience.
1.How many calendar days did USCIS actually take to process your case?
2.Did you receive any RFE (Request for Evidence)?
3.Was the process smooth overall?
Thanks

I had a good experience, though it was about two years ago. It took around 25 calendar days for them to make a very minor comment on the I-140 form, but not on the case itself. After I submitted the response, it took about 20 days to get the approval.

@raza khan i have already submitted my i140 petition and its been more than 16 months now, i just want to upgrade my petition to premium processing. would i still require a good lawyer? would not it be simple to just upgrade my application? or is there anything tricky that i am missing?

I think you can learn to do by yourslef. It is a simple form that you need to fill it out and send it to the correct address.

@A I , @Adam FUSEMAN , they claim if uscis fail to give decision (approval, denied, rfe) in 15 working days, applicant can claim for refund of premium processing fee. Your case took 25 & 30 working days does that mean it was sorted out under premium processing? do they inform about any delays?
