Anyone still waiting for VAWA approval from December 2021
Hello everyone,
I filed my VAWA (I-360) in December 2021 and I’m still waiting for approval 😔. My attorney recently sent an inquiry to USCIS regarding both I-360 and I-485, and I was told to wait a few months for a response from USCIS.
Is anyone else here who filed around December 2021 and is still waiting?If your attorney sent an inquiry, how long did it take for USCIS to respond? Any experiences or timelines would really help.

January 2022, vawa was approved at 46 months plus November 18th, 7 prima facies, no rfe, request for initial evidence medical was sent December 8th. I just sent in my medical last week

@Ayoosh Yes, I have a 5year Advance Parole with PF’s, and My Current PF is expires on January 17, 2026.

@D T There has been no RFE so far. My attorney mentioned that they submitted an inquiry in the second week of this month, but there has been no update since then.
