pretty sure you can go online and in your I485 folder click on processing times “?” mark and it will tell you if it’s outside the time limit and you can submit an inquiry directly online. USCIS must reply within 30 days

Newark field office, April 2022. I got approved last week. I did interview January 2023, got NOID April 2023, responded NOID May 2023. Radio silence almost a year. I did numerous service request, contacted senator, congressmen, white house and later Ombudsman. One week after contacted Ombudsman I received another NOID in March 1st, responded March 15th, got approved March 25th.....

@Sandi Flantzer for me when I login to uscis account and under i485 folder there is no processing time information popping out. I noticed that for ther cases it does shoed up but not for me in i485

i also tried to submit inquiry with local congressman in december 2023. in response I received we will process your case once visa become available under your category.

actually last update was on june 2023 “actively reviewing”
