you mean “NOID”? if so not everyone sees that, only individual persons regarding their individual case. Did you receive a “rfe” earlier or “rfie” that you responded or didn’t respond to? what did you submit for initially evidence for each category

I saw on lawfully unknown for status then today it just say notice of intent

on lawfully

but not on the website

I didn't see noid

am wondering if it's a error

I submitted all that was required. filling date is February 2023

I don’t think there’s nothing to worry about, maybe it’s an app glitch tbh.. still keep checking online

I spoke to a USCIS representative this morning and she has informed me that there has NOT been a notice of intent issued on my case.

I would advise you to call and query about your personal case as well. When you call, to get through to a representative say “Notice not received” You should be transferred to a live agent. All the best

I received Notice of Intent (NOID) through my attorney. They wanted to deny my case due to criminal record of battery which was strike off in court . NOID is Notice of intent to Deny, pls don’t joke with it. It is an opportunity to prove to them that your case should not be denied, but approved
