anyone knows why it shows to my USCIS account the current step : case decision and the progress time: your case is taking longer than we estimated but it is within normal processing time.
We have filed on september 2023 and still case status is being actively reviewed appears
Does anyone know how to contact congressman office, does it affect anything in positive response ?

ignore the my progress. the only thing that thing is sure about is that it’s incorrect. mine bounced around 20x during my wait and I was approved when it said 13 months left. it also went to taking longer than expected multiple times.
