Anyone knows how to accelerate AOS?
Hi good people of this community. The wait has been very stressful. 8+ months passed since submission but neither my (primary applicant) nor my wife's I485 has made any progress beyond fingerprints were taken status.
We're seeing numerous friends with 4-5 months later PD and submission getting approved already. But no movements on ours.
Any tips on contacting USCIS (or anything else which might help) to get some attention to our cases?
The Live chat of USCIS constantly breaks and can never have a complete conversation before the connection breaks and have to start all over again with a different agent.

Same as mine. Receipt date was in Oct, yet no movement. I have been current since January

15 months and still waiting…it is like we got lost in system…I have tried mulitple chats too…same problems.

my priority date is July 2022 and I jus got my EAD card. MSC249029..

@Bek Bek did you apply for your EAD and AP?
I have seen many people get their approval within 6 months max
but I have one friend who case got approved last month and his priority date is July 2022. so hope your case will be approved this month.
the other best option is to reach out Congressmen

@immu s yes, I and wife both got EAD approval after 3 months of submission. And my wife also got AP approval after 4 months of submission, but mine is still not approved even though I'm the primary applicant (not sure if it matters though)

I’ve same PD and RD is November 2023. Nothing after fingerprints have been applied.

@Bek Bek yes find out based on your zip code and reach out to their office to inquire on your behalf to USCIS. it usually helps with expediting.

the officer said my employer is being investigated for fake job offer letters. so they wanted to verify everything from me.
my job is legit and very high paying and has been for last 3 years.. not sure if officer was bluffing or if there is really an investigation. But she said to follow up in 2 to 4 weeks if result doesnt come. It has been 6 weeks and no update on my case. Not sure what to do.

@Bek Bek I’m in the same boat, current status is fingerprints were taken and my EAD was approved in 3 months as well, no AP approved as of now. I have the same category as you.
