It's free and once you can fulfil the below and possible evidence, then you should.. It simply means USCIS is attending to 100 files and you're number 99 on their list, when you expedite and if approved, they'll take your fill from 99 on the list and bring it to the top and then process. *USCIS may consider an expedite request if it meets one or more of the following criteria: Severe financial loss to a company or person, provided that the need for urgent action is not the result of the petitioner’s or applicant’s failure to: File the benefit request or the expedite request in a reasonable time frame, or Respond to any requests for additional evidence in a reasonably timely manner; Urgent humanitarian reasons; Compelling U.S. government interests (such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense or DHS, or other public safety or national security interests); or Clear USCIS error.

my PD is 2018, got an invite for 2nd interview last week. really? 10yrs? a friend got into the military with her conditional GC

@femi how do u expedite it? never heard of anyone that has expedited 485 always thought it must go according to processing time

it’s the same process as others and you can expedite anything you want provided you proof and evidence if requested. google it out

You can expedite if... 1. Clear USCIS error 2. humanitarian reason - war, sickness etc 3. severe financial loss 4. Compelling U.S govt interests

nothing changes

If denied, you can request again and again. No limit. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROOF AND EVIDENCE WHEN ASKED TO PRODUCE. If denied, it can't be used against you. Diff. agent handles diff cases
