anyone know a good lawyer
pretty annoying it’s come to this but we wanna use a lawyer to push the USCIS with our case, my wife is a US citizen and the fact it’s taken this long is a complete joke, we don’t care about how much it costs we just need to push them and sue them. Congress hasn’t emailed us back so I guess we will need to put some money down now.

There is an option to do it as pro se, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" many people got helped from there.

check if you can communicate with Emma and ask her questions about your case. upload evidence pictures and documents with your wife. I got approved a year and two months after my pd.

I'm the same situation now we trying 2times senator and congressman and 2 times request for evidence and we call more time uscis after anyone can't help me 702 days I'm waiting for my case mandamus so long time and so expensive 10000$ 😢I'm so depressed and si tired only praying 🙏
