my RFE was my medical EAD not a renewal my lawyer didn’t filed my I-765 she was lying that she did when I requested a Foia on Uscis website to find out she was lying so I had was to go ahead and file my I-765 myself

@M.O W I filed my vawa case May 23rd 2022... I got my work permit and my travel document 📃 August 22 2023 so i went back to my home country on March 24 2024 and I came back to America 🇺🇸 May 15th.... next year January i need to apply for renewal of my work permit travel document.. i'm still waiting for my vawa to be approved.

@Odogwu Indy hi did you file EAD with your VAWA together? and they approved your EAD before they approve VAWA?
