Anyone in this situation??
so I have a questions guys, I got a mail today regards my i360. filing through Vawa. it states that it was returned back to USCIS has the post office couldn’t t deliver. “it’s a Notice”. I have put in n enquiry to know what’s in it which will take 4weeks max. so my question is this, those that have been approved of their i360, was it a notice you got or approval you just saw on the portal? I have tried to search all means to even know what might be in it… to no avail. I applied April 2021. can it be a request for more docs or could it be because I just submitted for a renuwal of my EAD…. I am just curious at this time. thanks guys for your input.

i received first notice of approval and then the card

so when it was sent, did it show approval immediately on lawfully or it was when you got it that you knew it was approved

I got approval since Dec/15th,I never receive approval notice or Card,what could be happening?

showed approved, after 8 hours change to new card is being produced after 7 day card mail to you +usps tracking lien number

I got the same notice last year, I did an injury ntn came out of it so I told my lawyer and he did an injury online. They were sending me a prima facie notice but this is why I actually got that letter. ( My lawyer filed my vawa ead under c31 and after learning of c09 I told him I wanted to refiled bcuz I actually got my dream job now and I wanted to start working in that field. He told me there is no such thing and he can’t refile so I did a consultation with chiodule and she said I could file for a c09 which she help me did, and I was successful so now when I was suppose to get my 3rd pf it went to chiduloe office and not my lawyer so that’s when I had to do the injury) hope u understand what I was trying to say here so I’m guessing I got that notice because I changed lawyer.

this might be a prima facia it happens to me before , request it again online and by a written letter to uscis to where your case is taking place include in the letter a copy on your id or driver license a passport copy and a receipt copy gather all and send them in one package and they will reply to you very soon

if its an rfe or descision it will shows on your update automatically so don’t worry

it was actually my i360 approval. it was mailed to me today. I hope and pray everyone on here also get their approvals soonest.
