@Tanya Sanchez when i applied back in 2021 the time frame was 27 months. now is 41. i have been waiting 1114 days. 😢

@Tanya Sanchez for vawa it self is over 3 years. not sure about the work permit or travel permit. i only applied for vawa as of now.

@Tanya Sanchez @Sandra Dec2021 I would suggest you apply for your adjustment of status, travel document and work authorization under C09 so you can live a normal life by having the ability to work, travel to visit family and get a drivers license rather than sitting and waiting for your Vawa to be approved then you then proceed to file for them except if your ex spouse was not a US citizen then you have to wait. Doing that would take a huge pressure off you as you would be able to live a normal life.

@bridges 5 due to some legal immigrations issues my lawyer decided to apply vawa only and after it gets approved we will do adjustment. i really regret and wished we would’ve apply for everything at the same time.
